WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

3+ years of backend development experience with scalable systems.
Strong expertise in one or more backend languages (Go, Java, Python, .NET).
Experience working with REST APIs, databases, and modern backend frameworks.
Understanding of data privacy, encryption, and compliance standards (PCI DSS a plus). Bonus: experience in fintech, banking infrastructure, or working with issuer processors. You care about quality—from code to communication.
