Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate technologies that will be used for projects based on requirements and technology trends
Develop application framework and establish foundation and standards for code development
Lead development team to develop, test, and deploy application components
Provide hands-on contributions to the technical code and design documentation
Identify and resolve technical design or implementation issues
Analyze, solution, develop, test, debug and deploys software according to standards in an agile environment
Manages medium to large priorities, deadlines, and deliverables proactively
Effectively communicate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Responsible for adequately documenting and ensuring approval of the application design
Provide consultation and recommendations for business capabilities, business process design, business intelligence design, software development design/architecture, application frameworks, and/or interfaces during the design and ongoing care of implemented solutions
Support and mentor junior resources

Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience in architecture, design, and implementation of Mulesoft integration
Hands-on experience and willing to work on end-to-end development activities
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and execution skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
