Job Description
Location: Monterrey, Queretaro, Reynosa, CDMX
Reports To: Program Manager, HRIS
We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Project Manager to become a member of our HR Shared Services team. This role will be pivotal in the implementation of HR technology and tools throughout North and Latin America. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee the successful deployment of both global and local HR systems, thereby improving efficiency and user experience within the region.
Job Responsibilities
· Project Management: Lead end-to-end implementation of HR tools and systems in North and Latin America, including global HR systems and region-specific solutions.
· Stakeholder Management: Partner with regional HR teams, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
· Business Process Mapping: Analyze and map HR business processes to ensure alignment and integration with technology solutions. Identify process improvements and streamline workflows to optimize efficiency across systems
· Change Management: Drive change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies by local teams and ensure alignment with global HR initiatives.
· Timeline and Budget Management: Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring project milestones are met.
· Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deployment schedules.
· Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to the Program Manager and senior leadership.
· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and external partners to configure, test, and roll out HR systems that meet regional requirements.
· Training and Support: Develop training materials and facilitate training sessions for end-users to ensure the effective use of new tools.
Background & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
· 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in HRIS or HR-related technology implementations.
· Strong understanding of HR processes, including talent management, payroll, and employee data management.
· Experience working in a multinational organization and managing regional/global projects.
· Fluency in English and Spanish required; fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
· Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
· Effective vendor and contract management experience
· Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
