Now Hiring: Value Stream Leader (2^nd Shift)

💰 Pay Based on Experience: $24.75 - $33.41

📍 Location: Anderson, South Carolina

🔹 What You’ll Do:

✔   Lead daily operations by setting expectations, coaching team members, and monitoring

      performance to meet production goals.

✔   Support hiring, training, and development of team members in collaboration with the

       Value Stream Manager.

✔   Monitor and improve workflows to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure

       timely delivery.

✔   Resolve technical and process-related issues quickly to minimize downtime.

✔   Prioritize tasks and adjust schedules to meet production and shipping deadlines.

✔   Enforce safety, quality, and company standards to maintain a compliant and productive      

       work environment.

✔   Foster teamwork and strong communication across departments.

✔   Perform hands-on production work as needed and lead by example.

✔   Recommend process improvements, equipment upgrades, and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

✅ Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards.
✅ Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to enforce policies and drive team performance.
✅ Ability to complete Job-Specific Standard Work Instructions and Job Safety Analysis
