Job Description

As a Floor Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facility. Your dedication will help ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment for both residents and teammates.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain floor care equipment, including buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums.
• Perform regular upkeep and minor repairs of cleaning equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to meet cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a floor technician, housekeeping, or laundry role is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating floor care equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good physical stamina and capability to lift and carry heavy loads.
