What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal AI transformation roadmap aligned to address operational challenges and opportunities
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics, Engineering and third-party vendors to design and implement AI solutions, ensuring seamless integrations into existing workflows and systems
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute AI projects, ensuring timely delivery, measurable impacts  and alignment with business objectives
  • Develop playbooks, training, and enablement plans to ensure successful adoption of AI tools and processes
  • Define KPIs and success metrics to track ROI (e.g., time savings, CSAT, pipeline velocity)
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and best practices to inform ongoing strategy
  • Collaborate with Legal, Security, and Data teams to ensure responsible and ethical use of AI
  • Drive internal education around responsible and effective use of AI

  • Who You Are
  • 5+ years experience in product management, business operations, management consulting, or transformation roles, preferably within a SaaS environment
  • Proven experience leading large-scale digital or AI transformation programs with senior stakeholder engagement and board-level visibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects with measurable results
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools and frameworks, especially in GTM contexts (e.g., generative AI, predictive scoring, AI assistants)
  • Working knowledge of technical concepts such as Python, SQL, and APIs
  • Experience with SaaS tech stacks and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Intercom, HubSpot, Snowflake, Gong)
  • Experience delivering measurable outcomes with AI or data-driven initiatives (e.g. cost savings, retention lift, time-to-resolution reduction)
  • Expertise in driving cultural and organizational change, with a focus on emerging technologies and fostering readiness for AI adoption
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change in a dynamic environment
