What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal AI transformation roadmap aligned to address operational challenges and opportunities

Collaborate with Data Analytics, Engineering and third-party vendors to design and implement AI solutions, ensuring seamless integrations into existing workflows and systems

Lead cross-functional teams to execute AI projects, ensuring timely delivery, measurable impacts and alignment with business objectives

Develop playbooks, training, and enablement plans to ensure successful adoption of AI tools and processes

Define KPIs and success metrics to track ROI (e.g., time savings, CSAT, pipeline velocity)

Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and best practices to inform ongoing strategy

Collaborate with Legal, Security, and Data teams to ensure responsible and ethical use of AI

Drive internal education around responsible and effective use of AI

Who You Are

5+ years experience in product management, business operations, management consulting, or transformation roles, preferably within a SaaS environment

Proven experience leading large-scale digital or AI transformation programs with senior stakeholder engagement and board-level visibility.

Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects with measurable results

Familiarity with AI/ML tools and frameworks, especially in GTM contexts (e.g., generative AI, predictive scoring, AI assistants)

Working knowledge of technical concepts such as Python, SQL, and APIs

Experience with SaaS tech stacks and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Intercom, HubSpot, Snowflake, Gong)

Experience delivering measurable outcomes with AI or data-driven initiatives (e.g. cost savings, retention lift, time-to-resolution reduction)

Expertise in driving cultural and organizational change, with a focus on emerging technologies and fostering readiness for AI adoption

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change in a dynamic environment
