Join GrowthAssistant as Marketing & Executive Operations Assistant!
 

We’re seeking a highly collaborative and proactive Marketing & Executive Operations Assistant to our dynamic remote team. This role blends support responsibilities across executive assistance, account coordination, and data reporting - ideal for someone who thrives in real-time communication, adapts quickly to change, and brings structure to a fast-moving environment.

The role is both strategic and executional, with a strong emphasis on being available, engaged, and team-first in a fully remote, Google-Meet-friendly culture.

Salary Range:  PHP 70,000 - 80,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

CORE TASKS:
  • Marketing Operations Management: Prepare meeting notes and run key performance reports in advance of team and client calls. Complete / document all necessary follow-up tasks both via email and in any internal systems (Slack and Todoist).
  • Ads & Marketing Management: Pull and synthesize data from Google Ads, GA4, and Meta reporting dashboards
  • Content Creation & Social Media: Support blog writing - no prior experience required; just a willingness to learn and collaborate on content. Post social media content based on templates and schedules.
  • Team Engagement: Participate in daily check-ins and be available for Google-Meet-based team collaboration throughout the day.
  • Reporting: Manage monthly co-op reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Ad hoc tasks as necessary: Assist with internal task coordination using project management tools like Todoist

Must Have:

  • Marketing and/or Operations experience in a start-up, including experience being one of the first employees & comfort in working in ambiguity.
  • High availability for real-time collaboration: comfort in spending 2+ hours per day on Google-Meet and engaging in daily team check-ins.
  • Proactive communication: responsive, team-oriented, and an ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote culture.
  • Experience with operations, project management, and project management tools, including building processes from scratch
  • Strong organizational skills: Able to juggle multiple tasks and shift priorities quickly.
  • Experience with digital tools: Confident using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Ads/marketing fluency: Basic familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4 for report pulling and review.
  • Strong written communication: demonstrated capability to write well, with a willingness to engage in content creation, especially blog writing and templated communications.
  • Tech-Savvy & Fast Learner: Ability to quickly learn and master new tools and processes.

Nice to Have:
  • Previous experience in a marketing agency or high-growth digital environment.
  • Exposure to or interest in AI tools and process automation.
  • Web/software development skills (basic understanding is a plus, not required).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Todoist, Asana, ClickUp).
