We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Project Manager to lead and execute multiple projects, working with our enterprise client, ensuring delivery meets scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. This role is perfect for a consultative, creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to drive value for our client and the business. The role requires a candidate who has worked in the travel industry with experience supporting large client programs across multiple countries.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Maintain transparency on project status, risks, and issues while driving governance and risk mitigation.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams, business partners, and clients.
  • Coordinate teams across traditional projects and product/maintenance sprints and backlogs.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate roadmaps, capacity plans, and other agile metrics.
  • Create and manage long- and short-term plans, setting milestones and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Make informed, strategic decisions when evaluating multiple pathways for project advancement.
  • Serve as a key point of contact to ensure alignment and synergy across multiple teams.
  • Communicate with executives to ensure project goals remain aligned with business objectives.
  • Perform ongoing quality control to maintain project standards throughout development.
  • Adjust schedules and targets based on evolving project needs and financial requirements.
  • Successfully lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience, in the TMC or travel industry
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to achieve shared goals
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and time management abilities in fast-paced environments
  • Solid analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Deep understanding of travel operations, including associated tools and processes
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, with assertiveness and patience to navigate challenging situations
  • Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Travel Requirement: Estimated 10%–15%, subject to business needs

Certifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) - a plus
  • Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) - a plus
