Job Title: Epic Data Report Analyst

Location: Remote (U.S. Based)

Job Overview:

Seeking an experienced Epic Data Report Analyst to support a dynamic healthcare analytics project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data reporting and analytics with hands-on expertise in Epic tools, including Cognito, Slicer/Dicer, and Caboodle, as well as proficiency in Power BI and SQL. This is a high-impact role supporting data-driven decision-making for a large-scale healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards using Epic reporting tools and Power BI.
Extract, transform, and analyze data from Epic Caboodle and Clarity databases.
Leverage Slicer/Dicer and Cojito to deliver self-service analytics solutions for clinical and operational stakeholders.
Collaborate with business users and clinical teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Optimize SQL queries for performance and data integrity.
Validate data quality and accuracy across multiple data sources and reporting tools.
Assist in developing reporting standards and best practices for healthcare analytics initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in a healthcare data analyst or Epic reporting role.
Proficiency in Epic Caboodle, Slicer/Dicer, and Cojito.
Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.
Experience with Power BI for visualization and dashboard development.
Understanding of healthcare workflows and terminology, particularly within Epic.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Epic certifications (e.g., Clarity Data Model, Caboodle Developer, SlicerDicer)
Familiarity with HL7/FHIR data standards
Background in clinical or operational reporting for hospitals or healthcare systems
