Regional Sales Manager – Commercial Integration (LED Display Solutions)

Remote, USA (Flexible Location)


About the Role:

Our client, a leading global manufacturer of advanced LED display technology, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to expand their footprint within the Commercial AV Integration space in the U.S. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment and has strong relationships within the commercial integration ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by targeting and developing relationships with commercial AV integrators such as AVI-SPL, Diversified, AVI Systems, and other national/regional players.
  • Introduce and promote LED display solutions to new and existing partners, integrators, and end users across key verticals (corporate, education, command/control, etc.).
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and presentations to closing deals and post-sales support.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing and technical support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the territory via client visits, trade shows, virtual demos, and industry networking.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience in the AV industry, particularly selling display or LED wall solutions.
  • Strong relationships with commercial AV integrators and a proven ability to generate new business within this channel.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of AV technologies, LED systems, and solution-based selling preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, demos, and trade events.
