Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Total hours: 40 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 
  • Client location or time zone: FL, USA - EDT
Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential clients in our target markets. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, enjoys research, and is comfortable initiating contact via phone and other methods to generate quality leads that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify new leads within target industries and geographies
  • Use multiple channels (cold calling, online research, databases) to gather contact details of key decision-makers
  • Make outbound calls to company representatives to extract information on potential prospects
  • Maintain and regularly update a detailed and organized CRM database
  • Work closely with appointment setters to hand off warm, qualified leads
  • Meet or exceed individual and team weekly/monthly lead generation targets
  • Track all outreach activity in CRM systems and provide detailed reporting
  • Monitor industry developments and competitor behavior to enhance outreach strategy
  • Share feedback with the marketing team on lead quality, messaging, and engagement tactics
  • Participate in team meetings to align on goals and refine lead generation strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or business development
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a confident, persuasive phone presence
  • Excellent research and internet navigation abilities
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Resilient and persistent – able to handle rejection and stay focused on targets
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems quickly
