Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Tuesday to Saturday, 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm Pacific Standard Time (Covina, CA)
Scope:
  • Performance-based bonus structure
  • Utilization of client-provided calling software and CRM
  • Direct reporting to real estate team leadership
Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided database
  • Follow prescribed cold calling scripts and procedures
  • Track and document call outcomes and lead status
  • Generate and qualify potential leads for the real estate team
  • Meet daily calling targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
  • Strong English communication skills with clear pronunciation
  • Previous cold calling or telesales experience preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Professional phone manner and positive attitude
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally
  • Strong time management skills
