Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled React JS Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in building modern, responsive web applications. The ideal candidate will be passionate about front-end development and eager to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications using React JS.

Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Optimize applications for performance and scalability.

Participate in code reviews and follow coding best practices.

Troubleshoot and debug application issues as they arise.

Mandatory Skills:
Strong proficiency in React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration.

Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).

Good understanding of version control systems, especially Git.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Exposure to or experience with Guidewire platform is an added advantage.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Basic knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
