Job description

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join their dynamic team. They are a leading performance marketing agency specializing in paid media, with a track record of driving exceptional ROI for high-growth brands. Over the past few years, they’ve scaled rapidly, working with top-tier clients and leveraging cutting-edge ad strategies to deliver measurable success.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in ad campaign builds across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), ensuring alignment with strategist input and industry best practices.

  • Organize and maintain weekly agendas, reporting documentation, and performance tracking.

  • Conduct ad hoc data analysis to support optimizations and identify trends.

  • Manage creative requests, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.

  • Analyze competitor ad strategies and provide actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with Media Strategists to refine campaign execution and enhance performance.

  • Maintain meticulous internal documentation across multiple client accounts.



Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or social media coordination.

  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or similar platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

  • Analytical mindset with experience in data reporting and trend identification.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (B2+ level preferred).

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working remotely.

  • Client-facing experience or interest in growing into account management.

  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
