Position Overview
As the Senior HubSpot Administrator,you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of HubSpot within our organizationYou will act as a subject matter expert, helping the business leverage the full potential of HubSpot's CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub to drive business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and ensure HubSpot is effectively supporting the client lifecycle, operational efficiency, and data integrity. Additionally, you will be responsible for capturing business
requirements and prioritizing work requests and projects as well as creating and managing a platform roadmap.

This role requires a deep understanding of HubSpot's tools and sales and marketing processes, along with the ability to manage complex projects and provide strategic guidance to internal stakeholders across the business. You will have the skills to both proactively work and support all functions, whilst also having the ability to set standards and police data accuracy. 



Essential Skills & Responsibilities

HubSpot Implementation & Strategy:

  • Develop and maintain a platform roadmap that priorities and lays out project priorities, timelines and deliverable commitments.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of HubSpot for the business, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Design and develop inbound marketing strategies and sales processes utilizing HubSpot's platform. Customize and optimize HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs to meet the unique needs of our global business running B2B marketing, sales, client success, and B2C customer support in HubSpot.

Business Support & Enablement: 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the business, providing expert-level consulting and support. 
  • Facilitate a working group of business stakeholders that act as input to the priority and roadmap process
  • Conduct discovery sessions with the different functions to gather requirements and understand their business goals. 
  • Provide documentation, training, and onboarding sessions to ensure employees are fully equipped to use HubSpot effectively.

Data Management & Integration:

  • Manage CRM migrations and data management strategies to ensure data integrity within HubSpot. 
  • Oversee the integration of HubSpot with other business systems , ERP systems, or marketing automation tools.
  • Work closely with IT and R&D to design and implement data integration services for moving data in and out of HubSpot

Campaign Management & Reporting: 

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement and optimize HubSpot workflows, lead routing, and automation logic in support of campaign execution.
  • Set up and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics to track campaign performance and overall CRM health. 
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data-driven results.



Qualifications
•   5+ years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot, including CRM implementation, marketing automation, and sales & client success operations.

  • Implementation, Consulting or agency experience would be an advantage.
  • Experience integrating 3rd party software solutions with HubSpot
  • Must have advanced HubSpot certifications:
    • HubSpot Marketing Hub
    • HubSpot Sales Hub
    • HubSpot Service Hub
    • HubSpot Inbound Marketing/ Optimization
    • HubSpot CRM
    • HubSpot Custom Reports, etc.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of inbound marketing, sales processes, and HubSpot's various tools (workflows, automation, reporting). Experience with HubSpot API integrations is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, create reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
