We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team, supporting recruitment across the UK and wider European business units. Reporting directly to the HR Director for UK & Europe, this role will lead and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier managerial and executive talent. Flexibility is key, as the role will also support hiring for lower-level positions across the business when needed.

This is a pivotal role in a dynamic and growing organisation, offering the opportunity to shape and deliver best-in-class hiring practices across multiple countries and functions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the UK and European business units to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Own and deliver recruitment for managerial and executive-level positions, ensuring a strong talent pipeline aligned with business needs.

  • Support volume and lower-level recruitment during periods of reduced senior hiring activity, ensuring continuity and responsiveness.

  • Work closely with the HR Director to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning and organisational objectives.

  • Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, talent pooling and employer branding initiatives.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes and selection criteria.

  • Build strong relationships with external agencies and recruitment partners where appropriate.

  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement.

  • Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with UK and European employment legislation and internal policy.

  • Promote diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of the hiring process.

JOB QUALITICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in recruiting across the UK and multiple European countries, ideally within a matrix or multinational organisation.

  • Strong track record in manager and executive-level hiring, with the ability to adapt to recruit across all role levels.

  • In-depth understanding of UK and European employment laws and hiring practices.

  • Skilled in stakeholder management with the ability to influence at senior levels.

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS - Workday) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).

  • Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and a hands-on, delivery-oriented approach.

  • Fluent English required; additional European languages a plus.

YOUR PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS WILL INCLUDE:

  • Hands-on and pragmatic, with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude and a commitment to doing whatever it takes to deliver results across varying recruitment levels.

  • Adaptable and collaborative team player, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to solving problems in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

  • Detail-oriented and analytically strong, with the ability to assess hiring data and trends to inform recruitment strategies.

  • Highly self-motivated and organised, capable of managing multiple requisitions and priorities across different regions with minimal supervision.

  • Professional, empathetic and driven, bringing enthusiasm and integrity to every candidate and stakeholder interaction.

If you are a highly motivated recruitment professional with a passion for talent acquisition and take pride in your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, this is an exciting opportunity to grow with a progressive business as it continues its expansion across the UK and Europe.
