Intelligence-fueled.The Network Engineer will support and secure the infrastructure across the Concentrix EMEA enterprise, including planning, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network and security hardware, software, and communication links. The role involves participating in the development of the next wave of security offerings.
Responsibilities:
Lead complex network designs and assist with implementations for Concentrix clients at regional data centers or contact centers.
Contribute positively to knowledge transfer, inspiring and building a more creative and higher-performing team.
Provide network support for EMEA locations, offering 24x7x365 support with a regional on-call monthly rotation.
Offer in-depth technical support for Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortigate hardware implementation within Concentrix.
Design and implement network and security products; collaborate with the Core Network team to integrate new services into the existing network.
Document completed services and ensure proper handover to other departments for in-service delivery.
Adhere to Service Transition and Change Control procedures for production platforms and services.
Follow internal policies related to PCI and ISO27001 certification standards.
Ensure compliance with client procedures on information handling and security event reporting.
Administer network changes to the Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto hardware and software components.
Perform capacity planning for management reviews of network performance and health.
Stay updated with data and voice security standards and best practices.
Manage and support Cisco routers, switches, and UTM firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto).
Additional Responsibilities:
Develop innovative solutions that benefit the business.
Liaise with Concentrix staff, customers, and third-party suppliers regarding network and security environments.
Manage complex problem escalations effectively.
Organize workload and priorities effectively.
Maintain proactive communication with internal and external customers.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience with Cisco ASA, Fortigate, Palo Alto, and other vendors.
2-5 years of experience in core network technologies including Cisco and Fortinet.
2-5 years of experience with routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
2-5 years of experience with Service Level Agreement and QoS.
Familiarity with LAN environments, VSS, STP, Stackwise virtual, trunking protocols, and security features, including SIP and voice services.
Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) are advantageous.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
