Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Distribution Officer to lead our sales efforts for Mantle's asset management business including the Mantle Index Fund. This role is critical in driving AUM growth by building strategic relationships with institutional clients, wealth platforms, private banks, family offices, and distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive AUM growth through proactive sales and relationship management with institutional investors, financial advisors, platforms, and intermediaries.

  • Develop and execute, in consultation with management, a strategic distribution plan targeting key client segments in APAC

  • Identify new business opportunities across wealth channels, digital platforms, and financial institutions.

  • Organize and participate in client meetings, roadshows, webinars, and investment forums to promote products.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and investment teams to develop sales collateral, pitch decks, and campaigns tailored to target audiences.

  • Maintain deep knowledge of the market structure in terms of type of products being distributed, market trends, competitive landscape, and investor behavior.

  • Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on market demand, pricing, and product performance to improve future offerings.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in private wealth distribution, fund distribution or asset management business development.

  • Proven track record of driving sales and growing AUM in funds or structured products

  • Strong network across private banks, brokers, financial advisors, and institutional investors.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field

  • Exposure to the Web3 or blockchain ecosystem is considered a strong asset.
