At Dash, Dropbox’s new AI division, design has always been at the heart of what makes our product beloved by customers. This role will be responsible for ensuring every interaction our customers have is met with an “it just works” experience along with radically redesigning and reimagining the ways our customers will use Dropbox. This role will also be critical in establishing a world class design discipline and design team within OTC. You’ll work closely with leaders across the business and shape not just our products, but our people and the way we design and build.
As a Principal Product Designer on Dash focused on Growth, you will be at the forefront of reimagining design for the next generation of AI-powered products. You will help define the future of Dropbox’s AI experiences, collaborating across teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies that make our product even more intuitive, intelligent, and powerful. This role will require you to be a thought leader, driving company-wide initiatives that blend design excellence with forward-thinking AI innovation, making Dropbox’s product ecosystem smarter and more valuable for users.
Your role will focus on leading design across key areas of Dash’s lifecycle: activation, retention, and expansion. You’ll be the most senior IC designer driving these initiatives—leading complex system design, shaping experimentation strategies, and unlocking compounding user value across Dropbox’s AI future. Ensuring exceptional design craft within the organization by working closely with talented teams of Product Designers, Design Directors, Research Leads, and Content Designers, maintaining high standards of design excellence and precision. Identifying and driving high-impact, company-level initiatives that align business objectives with customer needs, ensuring that AI-driven innovation is seamlessly integrated into Dropbox’s products.
