The Opportunity
The Analyst, Data will play a critical role in optimizing EFF’s data practices and amplifying our efforts to ensure all high-impact schools in historically marginalized communities have a pathway to affordable facilities. Reporting to the Director, Data and Insights, the Analyst will play a significant role in supporting the management of EFF’s data systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, enthusiastically approach the sometimes-ambiguous work of a start-up, and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture of excellence.

What You’ll Do
Systems and ProcessesSupport the evolution of EFF’s data systems processes and procedures, specifically as it relates to managing data quality and integrity.
Qualifications
Compensation & Benefits
The starting salary for this position is $72,500 - $93,200, however we expect to bring someone into this role at the midpoint with eventual upside to align with our compensation practices. This position offers up to a 10% annual bonus based on organizational performance. Compensation is competitive, commensurate with experience, and may be subject to modest adjustments for high-cost-of-living geographies. We are proud to offer excellent benefits including a 6% 401k match.
Location
We are open to applicants from across the U.S. The role will be expected to travel to 3+ days each month to participate in team activities most months.
Reporting Relationship
The Analyst, Data will report to the Director, Data and Insights.
