Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) Virtual Role in California
We are looking for skilled Mental Health Therapists, including LPCCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs, to join a virtual care team in California. This opportunity offers flexibility and the ability to impact lives remotely.

Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits

Main Responsibilities:

Lead virtual therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices.
Collaborate with clients to create tailored care plans that support their mental health goals.
Provide immediate support for clients facing mental health crises.
Maintain detailed and confidential client records.
Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
Keep current with mental health trends and treatment innovations.

Requirements
