Job description

Are you a high-energy, goal-driven communicator who loves sparking conversations and creating commercial opportunities? We’re hiring for a Sales Development Representative – Lead Generation to join a top-tier B2B marketing and lead generation agency supporting some of the biggest names in tech and creative services.

This is not a 360 sales role — you’ll be laser-focused on outbound lead generation, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, and fueling the pipeline for our global clients.

Location
  • Remote-first across the USA

  • Work closely with our Chicago-based team and connect with the HQ team in London

  • Occasional travel to events across the U.S.

What You'll Do
  • Prospect and qualify leads via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach

  • Drive attendance to client events and webinars

  • Book introductory meetings for global tech and agency clients

  • Build curated target lists via LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Research industry trends and buyer challenges to personalize your outreach

  • Support client accounts with meeting prep, reporting, and CRM updates

  • Collaborate with strategy and comms teams to align outreach and messaging

What Your Day Might Look Like
  • 60+ cold calls/day to decision-makers in target markets

  • Sending smart, tailored LinkedIn messages

  • Driving sign-ups to events or webinars

  • Organizing and segmenting leads for strategic outreach

  • Prepping briefs for clients ahead of key meetings

  • Reporting and maintaining CRM accuracy

What You Bring
  • 1–2 years in an SDR/BDR/B2B lead generation role

  • Confidence making outbound calls daily

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail

  • Motivated by targets and KPIs

  • Bonus: Experience in client-facing roles or marketing/agency environments

KPIs
  • Weekly: 300+ cold calls plus LinkedIn/email outreach

  • Monthly: Meetings booked and attended, event sign-ups
