Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 1600 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams to refine and enhance the hiring process.
Maintain accurate records in Manatal (ATS) and Airtable to track candidate progress.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in finance roles that are looking to shift into a recruitment/advisory role.
Strong knowledge in Finance and candidate assessment skills.
Proven ability to build and manage relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Experience handling multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

Familiarity with Manatal (ATS) and Airtable for recruitment tracking and management.
Experience hiring for international finance roles.
Background in agency or executive search recruitment.
