Were looking to bring on a Bookkeeping & Fulfillment Manager through your team to support and oversee our current group of bookkeepers.This role will be critical in ensuring that our bookkeeping operations run smoothly and efficiently. Below is a summary of the responsibilities:Role: Bookkeeping & Fulfillment ManagerPrimary Responsibilities:

Monitor workload and ensure our bookkeepers are staying on track and hitting deadlines
Assist with and resolve bottlenecks that may be slowing the team down
Answer bookkeeping and accounting-related questions from team members
Perform quality control checks to ensure work meets our internal standards
Communicate with our admin team to ensure they are providing all bank statements and activity needed by the bookkeepers in a timely manner
Serve as the main point of contact between the bookkeeping team and our COO for status updates, workload visibility, and escalations
Handle some of the higher-level bookkeeping tasks directly (especially when advanced skills or cleanup work is needed)

This person should be a strong communicator, confident in their technical bookkeeping ability, and experienced in team management or coordination.
