Job Overview:

As our Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in providing both commercial insights and operational support to a diverse client base. You'll go beyond the numbers-delving into how businesses operate, uncovering growth opportunities, and offering strategic guidance with clarity and confidence.

In our small yet dynamic team, you'll enjoy a perfect mix of high-level strategy and hands-on execution, helping clients succeed while contributing to our own growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver core commercial and operational finance services, including budgeting, forecasting, 3-way planning, cash flow analysis, and commercial insights.
  • Understand client business models deeply and identify opportunities to add value.
  • Roll up your sleeves in a small business environment-whether its journals, month-end, admin, or process improvements.
  • Continuously enhance management reporting, processes, and financial discipline.
  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships with clients, delivering timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights.
  • Provide exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders, always aiming to delight the client.
  • Contribute to We Are Lumens financial success by identifying opportunities to grow our impact and brand through outstanding client work.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, loves getting into the details, and approaches challenges with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
