Job description

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Cold Caller. The successful candidate will make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our products/services, qualify leads, and set appointments. This is crucial in generating new business and supporting our overall sales growth.

Must Haves

Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to think on your feet and handle objections with confidence.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
Deliver clear, concise, and persuasive sales pitches over the phone.
Identify decision-makers and qualify potential leads based on company criteria.
Overcome objections and handle rejections professionally.
Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls and outcomes in the CRM.
Follow up on previous contacts to nurture and move leads through the pipeline.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Other Details

Job Timings: Night shift following US EST (Part Time)
Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi

Regarding the remote, the candidate will arrange a separate workspace and the required gadgets (Laptop-Corei5 6th generation minimum, noise-cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup)
