French-Speaking Order Support Specialist | Remote (Portugal)

We're partnering with a global industry leader to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented French-speaking Order Support Specialist. This is a remote position, but applicants must be based in or near Porto or Lisbon, Portugal.

Location: Remote.  Must reside in or near Porto or Lisbon, Portugal
Employment Type: Full-time, Remote
Remuneration: Base salary + benefits


About the Role

As an Order Support Specialist, you will assist French-speaking customers with their orders from processing and tracking to resolving delivery or invoicing issues. Youll ensure a smooth, accurate, and professional experience that reflects the brands commitment to excellent service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming inquiries regarding orders, invoices, and deliveries from French-speaking customers

  • Support customers via email, chat, and phone in a friendly, professional, and timely manner

  • Process, update, or cancel orders accurately using internal systems

  • Monitor order status and coordinate with logistics or warehouse teams as needed

  • Investigate and resolve issues such as delayed shipments, missing products, or payment errors

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and order details

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and personalized support


What Were Looking For
  • Language skills: fluent in French (C1+) and proficient in English (B2 minimum)

  • Previous experience in order support, logistics support, or customer service is preferred

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Familiarity with CRM or order management systems is a plus

  • Ability to work independently while staying connected with a remote team

  • Must reside in or near Porto or Lisbon, Portugal
