Job description

 

Join Sonova’s global Employee Experience team and help shape how we listen to and act on employee feedback across the organisation. In this role, you’ll support and lead survey initiatives that drive engagement, improve culture, and inform strategic HR decisions.

 

 

Your Tasks

 

  • Coordinate and support the execution of global engagement surveys, monthly Pulse surveys, and 360 assessments
  • Act as project manager for smaller-scale or local surveys (e.g., communication or leadership assessments)
  • Set up and manage surveys using the Qualtrics platform, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery
  • Analyse employee feedback data and provide insights, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with HR Managers, People Leaders, and cross-functional teams to support the employee listening strategy
  • Maintain and improve the quality of survey databases, including annual data reviews and cleanups
  • Work closely with external vendors on survey setup, analytics, and reporting
  • Create impactful presentations and reports to communicate findings to diverse audiences, including senior leadership

 

 

Your Profile

 

  • Degree in Business Information, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in HR or a related function, with at least 2 years in international, cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience in project management, data analysis, and employee feedback tools (ideally Qualtrics)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities under time pressure
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organisation, including senior leadership
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with HRIS (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday)
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (especially German) are a plus
