Job description

As a Bilingual French Financial Service and Collections Representative, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound customer calls related to overdue accounts. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first mindset. You will assist clients in resolving account discrepancies, arranging payment solutions, and maintaining a positive relationship through every interaction. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals fluent in French and English, with a passion for customer service and an interest in the financial services sector.

  • Navigate multiple computer systems and update records accurately in real time.


Qualifications:
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is required.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume call centercollections, or banking is an asset.

  • Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple screens.

  • Flexibility: Ability to work a rotational schedule, including evenings and weekends.

  • Commitment: Demonstrated willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to team success.


Work Schedule:

Candidates must be available to work five days per week on a rotational schedule during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

  • Sunday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST


Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly Rate: $20.00/hour + performance bonus
