The Marketing Specialist facilitates and executes marketing strategies to achieve marketing goals.  The Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the campaign across channels are complete. This position will specialize in specific growth areas within Visa and deliver Five Diamond service during all business transactions.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for conception, execution & management of marketing strategies. Includes campaign tactics for direct and digital marketing and paid media tactics.
  • Works with marketing team and business line management, as needed, to define creative strategy and success metrics. Communicates creative concept and key marketing information to in-house and external creative teams as well as e-business departments.
  • Manages and traffics all marketing jobs; ensuring timely and cost-conscious project completion. Measures the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Tracks budget and campaign expenses.
  • Builds professional relationships with Senior Management of Club business lines; ensures timely and effective communication regarding all marketing programs. May leads monthly business line meetings and serve as the main liaison with business line.
  • Reports on campaign effectiveness and recommends adjustments as needed. Prepares reports and presentations to highlight campaign success and metrics.
  • Seeks and provides information to help business lines understand customers, competitive sets, and trends.
Qualifications

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing or related field
  • 6-8 years of additional relevant experience, in lieu of degree
  • 4-6 years Account service or in-house marketing with experience in direct and digital marketing
  • 1-3 years Industry related marketing
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, direct mail and print production; as well as event planning and collateral management

 

 

Salary: The pay range for this position in Rhode Island is $64,000 - 72,500. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Annual bonuses are some of the additional forms of compensation offered. Additionally, employees may participate in our award winning medical, dental, vision, wellness, financial (6% 401k match), and a wide array of other employee and membership benefits.
