Description

Position Summary:

Prep and spray gel on parts to build a quality product following SOP.

Responsibilities:

Apply gel to parts with a spray gun to a precise thickness
Ensure parts are prepped properly prior to spraying
Follow procedures as written
Maintain a clean work environment
Follow safety rules and adhere to company policies
Perform task in allotted time
Handle chemicals properly. Storage and disposal
Efficient with materials to minimize waste
Maintain equipment. Care and set up
Maintain logs and complete paperwork
All other duties as might be required

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Able to follow build book
Quality minded
Dexterous
Computer capable

Physical Demands:

Bending with proper body mechanics
Lift up to 40lbs
Moving heavy rolls of material around work area
Being able to stand all day
holding up the weight of a spray gun all day
