Description

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate, and motivated Audiology Technician to join our fast-paced ENT practice. This role supports our team of audiologists, otolaryngologists, and physician assistants in delivering high-quality patient care by assisting with hearing evaluations, hearing aid services, and day-to-day clinic operations. Ideal candidates will be team players who thrive in a dynamic medical environment and are passionate about patient care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with hearing tests, tympanometry, and otoacoustic emissions (OAE) testing.

· Perform basic hearing aid cleanings, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.

· Prepare patients and exam rooms for audiology services.

· Instruct patients on hearing aid care, use, and insertion techniques.

· Maintain and track audiology supplies, batteries, and equipment.

· Help coordinate patient scheduling, referrals, and follow-up appointments.

· Ensure accurate documentation in patient charts and electronic health records (EHR).

· Collaborate with providers to support overall patient care and flow.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary coursework or degree audiology, or equivalent is preferred.

· Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

· Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume clinical environment.

· Basic computer proficiency
