You will support our Account Sales Representatives by coordinating all shipments and proactively communicating with scheduling, load management and carrier sales to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is met.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO: You’ll be the main operational point of contact for customers throughout the lifecycle of a loadYou’ll have a very good understanding of all operational processes and requirements for your customers and are responsible for updating SOPs on a regular basisProactively communicate with customers on the status of their shipments and when issues ariseWork cross functionally with other departments to ensure loads are meeting OTP and OTDHandle Quote and Book tasks as required by the subset of customers assignedAssist with the scheduling / rescheduling of appts as neededPerform scorecard audits - ensure both external and internal metrics are alignedProvide customer feedback to our engineering team to continuously improve our core technology to meet the needs of carriers and customersProcess accessorials in a timely mannerAssist with fixing RPM/FSC discrepancies for billingREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Excellent written and verbal communication skills both internal and customer-facing 9+ months work experienceExperience with scheduling tasks a plus, but not requiredExperience with Quote & Book tasks a plus, but not requiredStrong attention to detail and showcases proactivenessAnalytical skills and solution orie-ted mindsetAble to quickly assess and resolve issuesAbility to multitask and prioritizeAble to maintain a level head in high stress -ituationsHigh level of autonomy Curious mindset At Loadsmart, we believe our biggest asset is our people.
