Role Overview

We’re looking for a Partnership Manager who is proactive, entrepreneurial, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be expected to take full ownership of partner relationships, drive initiatives forward, and unlock new growth opportunities.

You don’t need decades of experience — what matters most is your ability to take initiative, build relationships, and push things to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and Expand Strategic Partnerships:
    Act as the main point of contact for our existing partners (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks), ensuring alignment on joint goals, certifications, and incentives.
  • Own the Partnership Pipeline:
    Facilitate partner-originated leads, support co-selling motions, and track opportunity lifecycle with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop New Opportunities:
    Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities aligned with our service offerings and strategic direction.
  • Enablement & Program Management:
    Keep us on track with partner programs, technical enablement, and incentive/funding utilization (e.g., POC credits, MAP, co-marketing).
  • Collaborate Across Teams:
    Work closely with sales, delivery, marketing, and leadership to bring joint initiatives to life and ensure internal readiness.
  • Take Initiative:
    Spot gaps, propose solutions, and lead improvements in how we manage and scale our partner ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4 years of experience in partner management, business development, or related roles in tech or consulting.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with a high degree of ownership.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts and align them with business goals.
Nice to haves
  • Exposure to cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) or data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with partner portals, co-sell tools, and partner incentive programs.
  • Experience working at or with a software consulting or engineering firm.
