Job Title: Sales Enablement Associate 

Compensation Range:   $75,000-90,000 + 10% Bonus (DOE) 

This role can be remote anywhere in the US.

 Position Overview 

As a Sales Enablement Associate, you’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product, and Go-to-Market Strategy, and will play a critical role in driving sales productivity, consistency, and growth across the organization.  

   

 Responsibilities  

  • Enable Sales Teams: Create and maintain scalable enablement content such as sales playbooks, battlecards, pitch decks, objection handling guides, and competitive intelligence. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Sales, and GTM teams to translate product positioning, campaigns, and updates into actionable sales resources. 

  • Training & Onboarding: Support onboarding for new sales hires as well as ongoing training efforts with relevant programs, certifications, and refreshers. 

  • Process & Tools: Optimize how reps access and use enablement materials within CRM, CMS, or sales engagement platforms. 

  • Feedback Loop: Serve as a key feedback channel between sales and the rest of the org—surfacing field insights that influence product, messaging, and GTM strategy. 

  • Performance Measurement: Track the usage and effectiveness of enablement materials and programs, continuously optimizing based on data and feedback. 

Requirements   

  •   Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.  

  • 2+ years’ experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas.  

  • 2+ years’ experience in a quota carrying role.  

  • Experience developing and deploying successful trainings including defining and measuring impact.   

  • Demonstrated experience having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc.  

  • Success in coaching sales development, account managers, account executives and sales directors  

  • Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches  

  • Exceptional ability to build strong relationships and leverage those relationships to influence across organizational boundaries.  

  • Knowledge of tools including Salesforce, Seismic, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Looker 

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) 

  • Involvement and participation in sales enablement groups or communities (ideal)  

  • Previous experience in instructional design (ideal) 

  • Strong eye for presentation design (ideal)
