Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Trip Planner to join our travel services team. This position involves assisting clients in designing and organizing personalized travel itineraries, handling bookings, and providing expert guidance to ensure memorable and seamless travel experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong client-service orientation, and a passion for travel planning.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and special requirements.

  • Research, design, and propose customized travel itineraries including accommodations, transportation, activities, and dining.

  • Assist with booking flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services in line with company policies.

  • Manage changes, cancellations, and rebookings efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding travel destinations, visa requirements, health advisories, and local regulations.

  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate services and ensure smooth delivery.

  • Maintain detailed records of client communications, itineraries, and transactions in the company’s booking systems.

  • Resolve client concerns swiftly while upholding company standards and travel compliance regulations.
