Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Leisure Sales Consultant to join our dynamic travel services team. This role is focused on helping individuals and families plan and book personalized leisure vacations—from beach getaways and cultural excursions to luxury resort stays and adventure travel. The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, highly customer-focused, and skilled in converting inquiries into memorable travel experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and online platforms to understand their travel preferences and needs.

  • Provide expert recommendations on destinations, accommodations, tours, and travel packages based on budget, interests, and desired experiences.

  • Handle all aspects of the booking process, including airfare, hotel, transportation, and activity reservations.

  • Stay informed about travel trends, destination updates, and promotional offers to enhance the client experience.

  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings by delivering persuasive, value-driven proposals.

  • Maintain accurate client records, travel itineraries, and payment documentation.

  • Provide post-booking support including itinerary adjustments, special requests, and travel documentation.

  • Foster long-term client relationships through follow-ups, loyalty incentives, and personalized service.

  • Adhere to all internal policies and travel industry regulations to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.


Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in leisure travel sales, hospitality, or customer service.

  • In-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, resorts, and travel products.

  • Strong sales acumen and ability to meet or exceed booking goals and revenue targets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with booking platforms, GDS systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus), and CRM tools is preferred.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple bookings and timelines simultaneously.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in travel, hospitality, or tourism is a plus.
