Job description

The Senior Record Retriever plays a critical role in the success of Rob Levine Legal Solutions by resolving the most complex and overdue medical records and billing statement requests. This role demands exceptional critical thinking, persistence, and a keen attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely acquisition of records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve high-complexity and overdue medical record and billing requests.
  • Navigate and de-escalate challenging interactions with providers and third-party contacts.
  • Conduct detailed investigative research to locate and obtain necessary documentation.
  • Apply advanced communication strategies to secure compliance and promote timely responses.
  • Adhere to and apply internal and external escalation protocols, including those required by regulatory agencies such as the Office for Civil Rights (OCR).
  • Identify and remove barriers to request completion, supporting timely case progression.
  • Uphold the company’s high standards of service and accuracy in every interaction.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience at Rob Levine Legal Solutions.
  • Must be consistently meeting or exceeding performance and attendance expectations.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • High degree of persistence, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
