Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with 1 hour of unpaid break

Client Timezone: UK (GMT/BST)


Scope:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday schedule

  • Peak activity period from 10 AM to 4 PM UK time

  • Remote work arrangement with direct management from UK leadership team

  • Mix of administrative tasks and potential client-facing responsibilities



    Responsibilities
    :

  • Handle phone calls during busy periods when the team needs additional support

  • Assist with client-facing activities when workload becomes tight

  • Support operations during peak business hours (10 AM to 4 PM UK time)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in virtual assistant or administrative roles

  • Excellent multitasking abilities to handle busy peak periods effectively

  • Proficiency in email management systems and general office software

  • Ability to handle phone calls professionally and represent the company well

  • Experience working with UK-based companies or understanding of UK business hours preferred
