This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • 30 hours per week or 6 hours per day
  • Monday - Friday
  • 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Lawrenceville, GA time (or 10:00 PM - 4:00 AM Manila time)

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the critical cleanup of missing bank transactions by creating detailed, organized spreadsheets for QuickBooks Desktop posting
  • Transform complex financial data into properly categorized monthly transaction summaries with accurate chart of accounts coding
  • Prepare and execute bulk upload processes to ensure all historical transactions are properly recorded
  • Manage day-to-day transaction processing in QuickBooks Online as the company transitions to their new system
  • Perform comprehensive monthly bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
  • Handle semi-monthly payroll processing with precision and attention to compliance requirements
  • Collaborate closely with the CPA/CFO to ensure proper account coding and adherence to established procedures
  • Support the company’s system migration from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online


Requirements
  • Proven senior-level bookkeeping experience with a track record of handling complex financial situations
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with ability to create, manage, and manipulate complex spreadsheets and data sets
  • Extensive hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, including advanced features and functionality
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and organize diverse financial transaction data accurately
  • Solid experience with bank reconciliation processes and month-end closing procedures
  • Payroll processing experience with attention to compliance and accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Quick learner who can rapidly adapt to new processes, systems, and client-specific procedures
  • Ability to work independently while following detailed templates and guidance from the CPA/CFO
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration in a remote work environment
