This is a remote position.

Join our dynamic company as a Sales & Marketing Administrator?  Drive revenue, lead a phone-based sales team, and analyze data to find actionable insights. We’re looking for someone who excels in sales, can create compelling pitches, manages multiple projects, and is eager to learn.


Responsibilities

  • Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales and revenue.

  • Lead and supervise sales and client satisfaction team to meet targets through motivation, counseling, and relevant training.

  • Ensure department's performance goals are met.

  • Coordinate with marketing for leads and campaigns.

  • Conduct market research and update client databases.

  • Enhance customer support and engagement.



Requirements

Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or marketing. 

  • A minimum of 3-4 years experience working in sales with 1-2 years managerial experience.

  • Experience leading a sales team to drive revenue for the company.

  • Experience with planning and implementing sales strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).

  • Comfortable working with a diverse culture.



Benefits

This is a full-time remote position, working with a company based in Los Angeles, California. Please apply only if you have the necessary equipment to work from home. Work hours will be Monday-to-Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. PST. Previous experience with working for an American company remotely is preferred, but not compulsory.


Our Hiring Process

This role involves two interviews and a trial assignment. We aspire to ensure that no more than three days elapse between each stage, but delays may occur. Please keep this in mind when applying for the role.
