We are looking for a Software Tester with a strong background in both manual and automated testing to join their growing team. This full-time role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to ensuring high-quality software delivery across multiple platforms, including SaaS, web, and mobile applications.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate closely with developers to validate product functionality, performance, and user workflows.
Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and documentation based on client and stakeholder requirements.
Support product rollouts through user training, testing, and ongoing support.
Analyze business requirements to define effective test scenarios.
Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts.
Conduct regression testing and report on outcomes.
Identify and log bugs; work with developers to resolve issues during deployment cycles.
Track testing progress and report risks/issues to the DevOps Manager.
Provide UAT support, including generation of test summary reports.
Participate in full end-to-end testing across integrated systems.
Continuously optimize and enhance testing processes and practices.
Offer Level 2 Technical/Product Support and provide coverage for Help Desk team members when needed.
Requirements
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who:
3–5 years of experience in software testing roles.
Proficient in manual testing, including functional, performance, and data-driven scenarios.
Experience with SaaS platforms and testing across web and mobile applications.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Excellent analytical thinking and clear verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong troubleshooting and documentation capabilities.
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
