Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory and Costing Consultant with 3+ years of expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Inventory and Cost Management modules to meet business needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Inventory and Costing modules.

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to inventory management, costing methods, and supply chain operations.

  • Design and document solutions that align with industry best practices and Oracle standards.

  • Perform setups for inventory organizations, sub-inventories, transaction types, valuation structures, and cost books.

  • Configure cost methods such as Standard, Actual, and Average costing.

  • Support inventory transactions, item costing, landed cost management, and month-end close processes.

  • Collaborate with procurement, order management, and financials teams for cross-functional integration.

  • Provide user training, create functional documentation, and support UAT activities.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and test environments.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory and Cost Management modules.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management business processes.

  • Experience with product and item configuration, transaction flows, and cost accounting.

  • Familiarity with integrations between Inventory/Costing and modules like Procurement, Manufacturing, and Financials.

  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle Cloud SCM certification (Inventory and/or Costing).

  • Experience with legacy system migration and data conversion.

  • Exposure to WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and/or Manufacturing is a plus.

  • Understanding of financial implications of inventory and cost transactions.
