About the Job

Loopback Analytics is hiring a strategic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead high-impact B2B marketing initiatives in the healthcare sector, with a particular focus on health system specialty pharmacy and real-world data (RWD). This role is ideal for a marketing leader who understands the complexity of healthcare decision-making and can translate nuanced clinical and technical offerings into compelling, strategic messaging for executives, clinicians, and pharmaceutical partners.



Job Duties to Include

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and oversee execution of marketing strategies aligned to business objectives across health systems, specialty pharmacy programs, and real-world data stakeholders.
  • Content Strategy & Thought Leadership: Drive the creation of content strategy and thought leadership campaigns to position the company as a leader in the health system specialty pharmacy and RWD space.
  • Sales Enablement & Messaging: Equip sales teams with tailored collateral and messaging frameworks that resonate with stakeholders at health systems and life sciences companies.
  • Demand Generation & Campaign Strategy:
    Design and execute lead generation strategies that drive pipeline growth, including outbound campaigns, email nurture sequences, and content tailored to each stage of the buyer journey. Partner closely with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals, using data to optimize performance and increase conversion through the funnel.
  • Performance Measurement & Reporting: Establish and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, including engagement, conversion, and contribution to pipeline and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare, particularly in areas related to specialty pharmacy and/or real-world data
  • Proven ability to drive go-to-market strategies for complex healthcare offerings.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills for highly technical and clinical audiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
