As an IT Technical Specialist, you’ll...

… be responsible for ensuring qualitative, world class support delivery related to IT services and tools for approximately 15 000 internal users in the Nordics & Baltics.

You will act as a 2nd line IT Technical Specialist who is experienced in diagnosing and resolving complex software-related issues across a variety of applications and operating systems, as well as packaging and deploying Windows 11 applications within our environment.

Who we're looking for

As you will be supporting users in an international environment, the ability to communicate clearly both in English and Lithuanian (spoken and written form) is essential.

The position requires experience in troubleshooting software related issues on Windows and MacOS environments

Previous experience in packaging and deploying applications in an enterprise environment would be a significant advantage.

Monthly salary range for this position: 1780 - 2680 EUR before tax deduction.
