About this Position

The Region Coordinator is responsible for managing their Region's portion of Field Audit's Annual Plan to ensure completion. They assign audits to the auditors in their region. They conduct training and answer direct questions from auditors and attempt to resolve any issues between auditors and the sales force. The Region Coordinator completes a final review of audits their auditors enter into HOHP Limits.

Salary Range: $100K - $130K

100% Remote

Candidates must be willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

  • Allocates audits and ancillary actions to each of the auditors in the region and manages their regional portion of the Plan to ensure that all actions are complete.
  • Completes reviews of submitted audit reports to ensure that they accurately reflect the branch exam findings.
  • Conducts regular training with audit team and individual auditors; trains new hires and reinforces Department training initiatives.
  • Handles auditors' and Branch Managers' questions as they may arise during the audit process.
  • Conducts regular quality reviews to ensure that auditor's work paper files accurately reflect the branch exam findings and to ensure that all documentation is properly completed and maintained. 
  • Travels to meet with 4 geographically remote auditors to conduct on site training and observe performance.
  • Communicate with field leaders as needed
  • Assist the auditors with explaining exceptions, why they have to be identified and how to resolve them 
  • Assist the auditors with non-responsive RVPs by attempting to call them or the OSJAs for assistance
  • Monitor travel expenses to ensure they are submitted in a timely manner and are compliant bookings.
  • Track the auditors' schedules and their progress with plan completion
  • Validate all cited exceptions, repeats, three peats along with audits with red memos or do not meet standards
  • Determine whether Five Star nominations are submitted or not and validate production and ARTS cases on these submissions
  • Conduct yearly RSL and MSG Audits.
  • Conduct the required workpaper file review quarterly and OTS SAs semi-annually for every auditor
  • Review the Address Refresh Report to ensure all audit requirements are met

Required Education: Some college or Associate's degree.

  • Years of Experience: 6-10 years
  • Type of Experience Required: Region Coordinators should have previous experience in conducting audits
  • Required Certifications or Licenses: Series 6 & 26
  • Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Region Coordinators should have a broad knowledge of Primerica's business lines and operations as well as the Company's Compliance Program
