Global-e is seeking a results-driven Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales to own a regional enterprise quota and be accountable for shaping and executing Global-e’s North American expansion strategy by landing strategic deals with enterprise retailers and brands. This is a senior-level individual contributor role focused on expanding our international eCommerce footprint. This is a rare opportunity to join the global leader in cross-border eCommerce and influence the go-to-market strategy in a fast-scaling region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for international eCommerce sales growth for the North America region.
  • Work with senior executives at leading retailers to strategically build, launch, and execute on global growth initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, often leading multi-threaded sales cycles involving C-Level Digital, Marketing, Finance and Operations stakeholders
  • Research, identify, and target enterprise-level business prospects using a data- and insight-driven approach.
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of target accounts while executing enterprise sales strategies to meet and exceed financial objectives.
  • Build strong relationships and uncover prospects’ business needs for Global-e’s cross-border solutions.
  • Apply a consultative selling approach, leveraging product knowledge and customer insights to tailor solutions and drive ROI.
  • Proactively source and open new opportunities through C-level networking, event engagement, and targeted outreach
  • Participate in client demos, discovery sessions, and sales calls to deliver compelling presentations and pitches.
  • Negotiate pricing strategy, contract terms, and volumes with executive decision-makers.
  • Secure major new business opportunities and leverage both internal and external partnerships to drive growth.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive positioning, and market intelligence to inform sales strategy.
  • Own pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline in alignment with weekly revenue reviews
  • Manage and respond to RFPs and RFIs from target and new accounts.
  • Collaborate with partnership counterparts to generate leads and explore co-selling opportunities.
  • Attend and contribute to industry events and client outreach activities; support marketing campaigns and evaluate sales success.

You’re a strong fit if you have:

  • Closed deals north of $500K ARR
  • Sold into ecommerce verticals like apparel, beauty, or consumer electronics
  • Experience with Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or custom eCommerce platforms
  • A strong network of eCommerce and digital execs in the US/Canada

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years selling to large brands at the C-level.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Familiarity with cross-border eCommerce, international tax and duty frameworks, or global logistics is a strong advantage
  • Ability to lead data-driven ROI modeling, build business cases, and interpret shopper behavior analytics to drive urgency and alignment.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with analytical skills to inform consultative selling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and present to executive audiences.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management, organizational skills, and the confidence to build relationships in a competitive environment.
  • Highly adaptable and creative in navigating client needs and market dynamics.
  • Experience selling complex, multi-product solutions with long sales cycles (6–12 months+) across multiple buyer personas
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America.

Compensation: up to 600k OTE + equity
