Job Purpose:


You will be responsible for Develop and Maintain relationships with a designated customer (NBFI) portfolio.


Principal Accountabilities:


Develop the relationship with targeted customers. Maintain close contacts with customers including customer visits.

 

Expand institutional coverage, with a strategic focus on targeting asset managers and other high-potential NBFI clients.

 

Ensure that customer compliance and legal documentation is updated and in good order. Follow strict guidelines related to customer onboarding and monitoring.

 

Keep abreast of the market changes (industry / customers). Share this information with concerned departments

 

Prepare and Submit Credit Applications. Take the ownership in timely management and renewals of client facilities.

 

Identify customer needs. Propose CBD products and services in coordination with the product partners. This could include payment services, forex, CASA, etc.

 

Follow up customer transactions. Liaise with concerned back offices when and if needed.

 

Participate in the department budget discussions. Follow up budget and realization.

 

Ensure to comply with the Bank and Department Policies and Procedure, the audit requirements, the internal and external reporting obligations … to ensure high standards of uniformity and consistency across the Bank

 

Provide assistance to, train & develop department staff to build their capabilities to carry out their work effectively. Address all employee work and personnel related issues to motivate top performance and enhance growth opportunities


Requirements

Education and Experience


Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economics or Finance or Business Management


Minimum 7 Years of Banking Experience and managing similar ( NBFI ) portfolio


Good knowledge of banking operations and credit management.


Good knowledge of various banking products (treasury and capital markets, cash management, trade finance…)
