Reports to: VP of Global Supply Chain

Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'ayin

The Global planning Director is a member of the Global Supply Chain management team, responsible for end-to-end demand & Supply planning of Global Systems, Consumables, & Spare Parts.

This role ensure optimize demand plan, supply execution and inventory management in accordance with customers needs and intercompany performance KPI’s. 

This position will be key in managing, analyzing, reporting, and executing global planning operations and processes, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, Commercial, Operations and Regional teams.

What will you do?

  • Lead global demand forecasting and supply planning for systems, consumables, and spare parts.
  • Responsible for global inventory strategy and execution to support service levels and working capital goals.
  • Tracking delivery performance and response time, as well as handling capacity planning to meet customers’ expectations
  • Management & development of S&OP plans in collaboration with the manufacturing and business teams
  • Managing inventory plans that meet business requirements and overall working capital plans.
  • Implement global planning processes and procedures across the supply chain and planning organization.
  • Promote planning system enhancements and digital tools to improve accuracy and agility.
  • Develop talent and succession planning within global planning to support business needs and supply chain objectives.
  • Participate in NPI process to assist new product introductions and to resolve material or scheduling issues on existing products.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What should you have?

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a fast-paced global manufacturing environment, within global High tech industry – Preferably H/W with complexed multidisciplinary systems, including 3-5 years of high managerial experience
  • Ability to monitor and report out Key Performance Indicators: scheduling, supply lead times, inventory levels, accurate planning dates
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other managers effectively to execute the policies and goals of the organization.
  • Hands-on and active in developing and training staff
  • Excellent leadership, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning, quantitative and reasoning skills
  • Proficient (proven experience) with ERP/MRP (Oracle preferred) & specific planning application systems
  • High level of Excel skills & MS Suits app’s
  • High level of both written and oral English

Education

  • B.Sc. / M.Sc. – Industrial Eng.’ or equivalent
