1. Knowledge on DRE's set of skills to run PDT meetings, dealing with suppliers, managing engineering development, arranging cross-functional activities etc.
2. Knowledge on Global Issue Managment (GIMs) process  
3. Knowledge on Change Notice (CNs) process
4. Knowledge on Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process
5. Knowledge on Geometric Dimensioning &Tolerances (GD&T)
6. VERY Basic Knowledge on Electric Machine and Electric Drive System.
7. Process documentation on changes or modifications to components from assigned vehicle families (Change Notices) according to instructions from designated Product Engineer.
8. APQP.

*Bachelor’s Degree required in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechanical Administrator, Mechatronics, Electric, Electro-mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Environmental, Sustainability, Logistics, Business or related) or Business Management.

*Previous experience: Preferably 1-3 years in manufacturing industry and/or administrative or industrial project management, or recently graduated with experience as trainee in manufacturing industry.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

*Basic knowledge in: automotive vehicles and systems, assembly and manufacturing processes within the industry.

*Knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management and Project Management.

*Good skills in communicate and present ideas, as well as experience in basic software suites (Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Minitab etc.)

*English advanced.
